At Oxford Exchange, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; if you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, ensuring you include the packing slip and all original documentation.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
